Social Policy and Research publications

The Citizens Information Board undertakes social research on topics based on the feedback we receive. Topics researched are those of particular concern to people getting social benefits and services in Ireland.

We also engage in the study of the information process in modern society, suggesting ways of improving the availability and usefulness of citizens information. As part of our role in social policy we publish social policy reports and guidelines, and we make pre-budget submissions in relation to social policy issues.
