Customer Service and Training

The Customer Service and Training team support information providers by developing and delivering training courses throughout the country. Regional training executives work with the central Training and Customer Service team to design and deliver training programmes that meet identified needs which arise from consultation with our customers. The Citizens Information Board is further developing the quality of the customer service to information providers, service providers and all other customers.

Seirbhís do Chustaiméirí agus Oiliúint

Cuireann an fhoireann Seirbhíse do Chustaiméirí agus Oiliúna tacaíocht ar fáil do sholáthraithe faisnéise trí chúrsaí oiliúna a fhorbairt agus a reáchtáil ar fud na tíre. Oibríonn feidhmeannaigh réigiúnacha oiliúna i gcomhair leis an bhfoireann lárnach um Sheirbhís do Chustaiméirí agus Oiliúint chun cláir oiliúna a cheapadh agus a sholáthar a shásóidh riachtanais aitheanta a gcloisimid fúthu de bharr dul i gcomhairle lenár gcustaiméirí. Tá an Bord um Fhaisnéis do Shaoránaigh ag déanamh tuilleadh forbartha ar cháilíocht na seirbhíse do chustaiméirí a chuireann siad ar fáil do sholáthraithe faisnéise, do sholáthraithe seirbhísí agus dá chustaiméirí eile go léir.
